iPhone & iPad web app

The web app is available at /app/. Open it in Safari on your device.

Before updating

  1. Finish or save open workConfirm the app shows the expected local state before closing it.
  2. Check synchronisationIf a connection is available, allow queued records to finish sending.
  3. Use the current releaseFor native Android changes, use the package linked from the download centre and compare its SHA-256 if obtained elsewhere.
  4. Open and confirmAfter installation, open the app and confirm it works before field use.

How updates reach devices

Android APK: New native capabilities require installing a newer signed package. The download centre links the currently published, verified package.

Android web content: Approved in-app updates use the Rwanda channel at updates.ecsahc.com while the device is online. Availability does not mean every device has installed an update.

iPhone and iPad: The web app loads published web content through this site. A saved Home Screen icon opens the same service.

If an update is interrupted

Keep the device and its app data in place. Report the version shown, device model, time, and exact message to support.

Protect unsent records.

Do not clear app storage, website data, or uninstall a field app as a first troubleshooting step when it may contain queued records.
