A useful report
Send enough detail to reproduce the issue
- Time the issue happened
- Page or step you were using
- Device model and app version
- Whether the device was online
- Exact message or a screenshot without traveller details

Ask your organisation for the Rwanda country programme administrator, or write to the service's official mailbox, the RBC national administrator: admin@rw-poe.ecsahc.com. Named country support contacts have not yet been published here. Do not include traveller records or passwords in an ordinary message.
Protect traveller information.
Do not place names, document numbers, phone numbers, clinical details, passwords, or access tokens in an ordinary support message.
